I've always been fascinated by the wild animal kingdom, whether playing with dinosaur toys as a toddler, being obsessed with shark and snake Top Trumps as a kid or chasing sharks as a grown up.

BBC Earth and David Attenborough have always been fuel to that fire and their astonishing repertoire of documentaries has always inspired me to get out there and do my best to capture the wild in all its glory.

Moving to Australia (from the UK) back in 2014 has opened up so many windows of opportunity. I now have humpback's on my door-step, sharks in the local swimming hole and a rugged coastline to explore at my will. I've also been lucky enough to visit some outrageous destinations over the years that have been abundant in marine life.

Here are a selection of my favourite photos to date.
